  I can’t pay for a wordpress product in my country.
  Lebanon is not available for purchase and i want to pay for the mapping tool fees so i can move my wordpress domain to one that i purchased.

  Buy a prepaid credit card from a country which IS approved; you can buy them online. The Petrocan gas station in Canada sells them for $2.
