Credit $22

Hi, I have credit $22 back from WordPress in my account but where can I find it? Also, I think I may have opened two separate WP accounts with (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). Also, I received email asking to activate (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I intend to change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff). But it says it already exists. Please let me know. Thank you.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  • Hi there,

I do not see any upgrades under your @dietinflammation WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

Also, I received email asking to activate (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I intend to change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff). But it says it already exists. Please let me know. Thank you.

It is not possible to use your email address on more than one account, and currently that email address is in use on your @dietinflammation account. However, you can change the email address on this account to something else, and that will “free up” your current address so you can use it on your other account.

You can do that by following the steps here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
