    I am unable to link our company credit card within our WP account to establish payment for shipping services…..I have screenshots etc for proof.

    Hi there,

    What site do you need help with, and what exactly are you trying to do? We don’t offer any shipping services on WordPress.com. I do see a credit card was successfully added to your account on 9 November already, which can be used for new purchases on WordPress.com.

    If you’re speaking of the shipping labels feature of the WooCommerce, that requires the WooCommerce Services plugin installed on your site, as well as the Jetpack plugin which connects the site to your WordPress.com account, and I don’t see any Jetpack-connected sites in your account.

    If it’s making the Jetpack connection that you’re having trouble with, please contact Jetpack support at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support for help.
