Credit Card Authorization Error (HYTFSI) – Bank confirmed no issues on their end

    Hello WordPress Support Team,

    I am trying to upgrade my plan and map my existing domain (blog.gnovalabs.com). However, when I try to pay with my corporate credit card, the payment keeps failing and I repeatedly get this exact error message:

    “Credit card authorization error. Please contact the support team and report error HYTFSI.”

    I have already double-checked my card details and made sure the cardholder name and billing address are entered correctly in English.

    I have also contacted my credit card company (bank) regarding this issue. They confirmed that my card is working perfectly fine and there are NO declined authorization records or blocks on their end. Furthermore, I am currently using this exact same card to make overseas online payments on other websites without any issues.

    Because of this, I strongly believe the issue is on your side. It seems your payment gateway or system is blocking my transaction.

    Could you please investigate why this specific error (HYTFSI) is occurring and clear any internal blocks on my account so I can complete my purchase?

    Hi there, I’m sorry you’re running into this issue, especially after confirming with your bank that the card is working correctly.

    The HYTFSI error usually indicates that the purchase has been blocked or that purchasing is temporarily disabled and requires review by our billing team. Since you’ve already checked with your bank, please:

    1. Click the “Contact Us” link shown in the HYTFSI error message.
    2. Fill in and submit the form to raise the issue with our billing team.
    3. Wait for our team to review the issue and get back to you before trying the payment again.

    I tried asking the AI bot and looking for the “Contact Us” link in the checkout error message, but I cannot reach the billing department.

    As I mentioned in my post, I have already confirmed with my bank that there are NO issues on their end. The card is perfectly fine.

    Since I cannot submit a form, could you please manually forward my case to the billing department so they can review and unblock my account? I need to complete this purchase as soon as possible. Thank you!
