Credit card failure while purchasing domain

Hello,
After trying to buy a domain, I got this: ” The transaction was declined. Please contact your card issuer as they may have blocked the transaction for anti-fraud purposes. Alternatively, try another card.”
I called my bank support and they said there were no requests from any system and probably something went wrong with the site I tried to purchase.
What can I do to solve this problem?

I checked in our system, and we don’t have any record of attempted transactions on your account, either. There must have been a glitch — sorry about that! Can you please try the purchase again?
