  I updated my site 2 days ago and now it’s crashed. Help! It now only says ‘Critical error has occurred’

  Hi –

  It sounds like the site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
