critical error

    when i try to login to word press to make changes to the website it says there has been a critical error.

    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @kerncountyjatc WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    – kerncountyjatc.wordpress.com

    However, I do not see any error messages displayed on the site, nor in the activity logs we keep on our end. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
