I have 2 sites experiencing issues but one of them
In particular,it has had a number of glitches recently but keeps breaking and displaying a critical error, we do a restore from a backup and the same happens. If you hours later please see the below info, I am desperate for your help.

Have you ever installed some kind of backup plugin /device
On my site , that even when plug ins are deleted (not just disabled) the plug in that’s deleted restored and comes back ? Some kind of backup that ensures nothings lost ?

Both sites are very hit and miss these days. But it seems to be the supply-side that are suffering more. Everything is up-to-date et cetera and we can’t see any obvious issues, but no matter how hard we try. There are glitches throughout the site, one of which is content, not loading( pictures and prices of hair) for several minutes, they stopped people from buying as the products don’t load, it’s really intermittent though, and seems to work better for those who have cleared their cache, but is still intermittent. Any suggestions?

And to top it off the supply site keeps breaking , critical error etc , the person who deals with my website, and House, it is very competent, but yesterday he really struggled to bring the website back without having to use a backup. He even had a massive IT company looking at it and they were struggling too, in reality, we just need to fix it instead of backing it up because backing up, brings the problem back. So even though backing up is reassuring, it’s also not fixing the problem as the issue is re-arising each time. They said

Right, sort of got somewhere. They said that there’s a service that keeps resetting a file to an incorrect value. Some service that’s been signed up to that keeps resetting certain files. Any recollection of signing up to anything like that in the past? EVERYTIME we fix it , it restores to a broken state?

They also suggested that it’s something to do with my gravity forms plug-in, but this may just be a separate issue and a coincidence. I did have an update on Wednesday, Just gone regards to gravity forms update and ever since then we have pretty much been having problems.

    Also said –
Okay. I’ll check it out. I’m not sure what’s going on here at the moment. Your site has two issues. One is this critical error brought on my add-ons, another is shared with a few sites which is stopping me accessing and updating them.

What was basically happening is that there were files on the site that were causing the issue and whenever those files were removed the site would come back for a few seconds and then those files would reappear and kill the site again

No matter what I or that other company did, those blooming files kept coming back through some unknown mechanism. So yet, could be a hack or a plug in gone mad
