Critical Error
-
My website is getting critical errors whenever I try to access any part of it (Installed Plugins, Tools, Settings, Pages, etc.). I did not get an email with a link to start the website in safe mode. There is no hosting option under Tools, and clicking anything under that tab results in a critical error.
I chatted with the AI chatbot who told me to request connecting to humans, but doing so has resulted in no replies on the live chat.
The logs for my website include a fatal error referencing the ConvertKit Plugin, but as I cannot disable the plugin myself, the AI chatbot has stated I’ll need human support to do so.
PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare trait ConvertKit_APIConvertKit_API_Traits, because the name is already in use in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/integrate-convertkit-wpforms/vendor/convertkit/convertkit-wordpress-libraries/src/class-convertkit-api-traits.php on line 13
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As clearly indicated, the problem is caused by the plugin Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for WPForms.
You must contact support of that plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/integrate-convertkit-wpforms/

@staartmees I appreciate your reply (even if it is a bit rudely worded). Like my post says, I cannot access any of the plugin settings on my end, but I did post on the plugin forum in case I was missing something. Their advice is to work with my website host (in this case, WordPress) to remove or deactivate the plugins, which was the same advice the WordPress AI Chatbot gave me.
This returns me to my original question of getting in touch with human support that could help me disable and/or remove plugins from my website in its current state.

My God, N-nothing is rudely worded, you must contact support of that plugin as we can’t help with third party plugins.

@staartmees As clearly stated, I did reach out to support via their forums, and their advice was to work with the host (in this case, WordPress) to remove the plugin as they are unable to make any changes to the website themselves.
How do I go about removing the plugin if you are unable to remove it, I am unable to remove it, and the plugin creator is unable to remove it?
