  when i try to reach my site it just says ‘There has been a critical error on this website’

  Sorry to hear it! Did this start after some recent changes, like a theme or plugin update?

  Your host can probably help with this:

  Or, if it started after a plugin/theme update, you might try temporarily removing that theme or plugin to see if it helps. Ask your host to make backups first:

  Then if all else fails, please ask your host for help restoring a backup.
