Critical error after PHP upgrade on Shop Isle Theme

  After upgrading my PHP, my Shop Isle site is show a ‘critical error’ message. My service provider said I need to contact my theme provider to upgrade Shop Isle theme. Not sure who to contact or how to handle this. Any help would be welcome.
