critical error and can’t open site

I received a notice that my website had a critical error and I’ve been trying to sign in. Everything I’ve tried doesn’t work and I’m stumped. I’m new to this and could really use some help. Evidently there were too many attempts to sign in to the website and it shut down. I haven’t been on the site for months. Please! Anything you can do to help would be appreciated. I’ve tried the Kinsta site and my website won’t allow me to even try what they suggest.

When I type in https://www.thedoblers.com I get the “critical error” message and can’t get anywhere.
How did you get to that with no issues??

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
