Critical Error, can't access admin
-
I went to check on my website today and am getting the error message, “There has been a critical error on your website.” I can log in to my WordPress.org Admin profile, and see my site under Manage Blogs, but every time I try to get in to the blog it gives me the same error message. Cam you please help me out? My URL is http://www.hsministries.org/blog

Hi! The site isn’t hosted with us, but perhaps your webhosting company can help you with these troubleshooting tips:
– You should have an email. If you don’t, ask your host to see if the email is stuck on their server
– Ask your host to check error logs
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
https://wordpress.org/support/article/managing-plugins/#manual-uninstallation– Ask your host to help you restore a good backup
Going forward, you’ll also want to use the correct resources for help with the free WordPress code. We have some tips here: https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/#word-press-org-support
WordPress.com uses that free code for our hosting service. We provide support, maintenance, SSL, and more for our users. You can learn more about the differences here:
