critical error – can’t go into recovery mode

    Hi!
    My website has had a critical error and I have received an email with a link to go into recovery mode to fix the plugin. The problem is that my wedsite won’t open this link, instead of leading me to login with recovery mode, an error saying ‘403 forbidden’ showes up.

    I have had constant errors on my website throughout and I now wish to reset everything and start from the beginning, without loosing my website and domain. How can this be fixed?
