Critical error email not recieved, who to contact to be resent?

I had an issue last week with a plugin but disabled via ftp. I didn’t get the email sent to site admin email inbox from WordPress to enable the site again. Until this is actioned I cannot update any plugins or add further plugins. How do I request this email to be resent?

The site is hosted by another company and my email account was full so was emptied around the same time. Is there an option to resend email?

We won’t be able to help you here if your site is not hosted on WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
