Critical Error Message

When trying to open my site from the internet or social link it keeps showing a critical error on this site message. How do I correct this to allow access to my site?

The site I need help with is xoxoxmads.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  • Sorry to hear that!

Since the site isn’t hosted with us, we most likely can’t help much. But here are a few ideas:

    – Check to see if you have an admin email with clues

    – Ask your host to check error logs

    – If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/managing-plugins/#manual-uninstallation

    – Ask your host to help you restore a good backup

Going forward, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations:
    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Or, you’d be welcome to migrate your site to our services once this is resolved, so we can provide direct support going forward. All of our paid plans include hosting, support, maintenance, SSL, and more. You can find our pricing here:

    Hoping this helps!
