Critical Error Msg

    there is an error msg on the ‘Products’ tab of the dashboard that reads, ‘ There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ No emails pertaining to this error msg are in the inbox, spam, or junk folders. What would cause this error msg to occur and how do I resolve it? thanks
