Critical Error On Website

When trying to access my website, it locks me out and says ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Learn more about debugging in WordPress.’I am not sure where to go from here or what to do. Some help would really be appreciated, thanks.
