Critical error on website.

    A private hired person set up our website with wordpress. He has not been available for over 2 years now. Today we have a critical wordpress error and cannot get on the website. Please call -[redacted by mod] – Beth

    If your site is using the open source WP software on 3rd party hosting, like BlueHost and suchlike, we won’t be able to help you here. Try contacting your web hosting provider for assistance with this. If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
