Critical Error on Website

    Hello, when I attempt to customize the appearance in WordPress, I receive this error message: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. I’m told to check my site admin email inbox for instructions however I have received no email. Is there a way to relieve this error message from WordPress? Thank you!
