Critical Error on website, unable to log in

  I am receiving a critical error message when trying to log into my account. I am unable to get online support from WP because I inherited the website in my role and do not have any of the supporting documents required.
  Any ideas of how to progress with this issue and make contact with Word Press for help?

  Hey, I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Can you send a link to the site so we can help you find the right direction for support?

  Also, do you know who is paying for the hosting plan? Generally the person paying should be able to regain access somehow.

  Hi, thank you so much for getting back to me.
  Here is the link: http://www.eccaog.org I don’t have a URL link as for some reason I can’t view the front end of the website on my pc.

  We are a church, and one of our old church members set this up about 12 years ago, under the old Administrator (I have reached out to him, but haven’t heard anything) So I have very limited information, and am unsure where we host the site from and how we pay. So frustrating!
  Any help would be hugely appreciated.

  Your site is no hosted with WordPress.com. This is a common confusion as there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two independent entities.
