Critical Error on WordPress

  When I try to access my site or WordPress tools, I am told that there is a critical error on my website. Since the only change before the critical error has been installing one plugin, I have tried to access FTP and rename the plugin folder, but the rename option is greyed out. My site has also been updated to the latest version. Any ideas?

  The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
