Critical Error when logging in

    I was trying to log in to change the password and now I am getting a message that says critical error. I now cant log in.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi there,

    This does not sound like an error that we have here on WordPress.com and I can confirm there is no critical error message shown on benefitsolutionsplus.wordpress.com when I check on this end.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
