Critical error wordpress

  Hi, I have an editor who is using the admin side of my website.

  It has all been working fine till now. now, when he tries to log in to the admin side from his laptop he gets the “website has a critical error wordpress message”.

  However, this doesn’t occur on his mobile, and doesn’t happen for me. It is just happening for him on his laptop.

  Any reason why this could be happening? He has tried clearing browser caches, different browser etc…
