Critical Issue – Background updates not working

    Hi, I’m trying to clear a critical issue listed under my site health. It is titled background updates not working, and in the below list states ‘Error Some files are not writable by WordPress: wp-load.php’
    Any Idea how I can fix this? I don’t know what this means.

    The site christinauhler.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on BlueHost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and BlueHost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
