  Hi there, When I post and it goes to my smart phone email:
  1. I don’t see the photo, only text with triple spacing and not the actual web page of my blog itself (which looks great).
  2. Can I have my readers get a link instead, click on it, see my standard top image, and then scroll down to my new pic (meant for that post)?

  Your email won’t show images in the post or the styling of your site, no. The content of the emails are styled the same for all sites on WordPress.com.

  2. Can I have my readers get a link instead, click on it, see my standard top image, and then scroll down to my new pic (meant for that post)?

  The email for the post should include a link to the post itself, but it will go directly to https://crockettsongs.wordpress.com/2020/02/25/who-am-i/

  You can change your site settings so the email contains only a short excerpt of the post instead of the full post, but that’s the extent to which the email can be customized.

  You can find that setting under My Site ->Manage ->Settings ->Writing -> Feed settings
