  I’ve been trying to upload a new logo onto my site but I keep getting an error thats says cropping isn’t working. I’m getting the same error on my laptop, phone and tablet.

  The site I need help with is stitchysbookclub.wordpress.com.

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  Hey thanks, I’m using Safari 14.1.1
  I’ve cleared my cache and cookies and tried with add ons disables but it’s still saying there’s a cropping error.

  Hi there,

  Were you attempting the upload the image via Safari on each device? Or, were you trying the upload via the WordPress app on your mobile devices and received the same error on those devices?

  Also, have you tried to to upload a different image to make sure there isn’t something specifically going on with the logo?

  Let us know the details on the browser and devices and we’ll continue to look into this for you.

  I switched my theme and that fixed everything for this issue I was having. I’m not sure how but all is well. Thanks for the help!
