CSV Product Import – Images not Loading into Cpanel

    Hi there,

    I have made a rookie error by uploading a Product CSV sheet many times into the WP Product Import and then deleting all products and image data in the Cpanel uploads to free up space so I could try again. Now after uploading and deleting the CSV several times until I found the correct way to place the CSV images, I have the correct CSV, however, the images are not loading up into the Cpanel anymore and therefore not reflecting on the site? All product info is loading up perfectly, also to note, in the Cpanel Uploads, it only shows that I have uploaded a Text/x-generic file? Why are the images not coming through?

    Please could you help? I am currently running the regenerate thumbnails option but I have a feeling this will not work :(

    It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.

    We don’t offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com (unless you are upgraded to our WordPress.com Pro Plan) so we are not your best point of contact, but the good news is that help is available by contacting WooCommerce staff here:
