Ctrl v for paste

  I’m using a Nexus 10 tablet and I don’t believe Googles keyboard has a Ctrl key. When I try to paste basic text in my blog it prompts that I have to use Ctrl v. I want to avoid downloading an insecure keyboard app if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks.

  This does not work. When I push the button to paste I get prompted, “Please use Ctrl+V/Cmd+V keyboard shortcuts to paste contents”.

  I actually tested it further and I’m only getting this prompt when i try to paste in the main text box for a new post. I am able to paste in the title, tag and reply boxes…but not the main field that I would like to paste into.

  Are you using the WordPress Android App? Or the browser version?

  The browser in Google chrome.

  I tried the app and it is working there. I prefer the browser but I guess I can live with pasting into the app and if I want to switch over to the browser to do more editing I could.
