Cubic Theme Main page black bars

  Hello

  I use the cubic theme and there are alway black bars on the main page.
  What can I do tho have it format filling like in the sample cubic?
  I tried ti change the image size to 2000*1500 as I read it somewhere but this does´t help yet.

  Please tell me what I should do
