  I had a web site. Now I want to get all the content onto another web site on wordpress.com. HOW?

  Was your old website a WordPress site? And if it was, was it a WordPress.com or self-hosted WordPress.org site?

  I used WordPress on a self-hosted site. The tech from GoDaddy had me download the files linked below and said I could get the content of my web site from them. I am not smart enough to know how to get this content.
