  But when I go to ‘my site’ I am told I don’t have any. Yet this is the site – why is there no way for me to log into it?

  I do not see any sites under your @diviningthevein73aeb8808e WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Thanks for this help – another complicating factor is I that two months ago I had to change the e-mail (which was the recovery e-mail for that site) because it was hacked. I am finding the support links are not live. Will try again later. Thanks.
