Currently my website is on Wix but I want to move it to WordPress without putting it offline

  Hi, I currently have a website on Wix.com but I want to move it to WordPress before January 30th. I want to built website on WordPress without transferring my domain because if I did that my website will go offline. Is there a way I can built my website without a domain and once it is ready in about 30 days I will connect the domain. Please help if there’s a way?
