  Currently with Bluehost using Illdy theme… running into issues with image uploading and widget function… would it make any difference if it was hosted with WordPress?

  The site does not use the managed hosting environment from WordPresss.com. You will need to visit https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ to get assistance with that site.
