  Preparing to setup a new business site. They would like a custom 404 page. How do I set that up?

  Hi there,

  To be able to create a custom 404 page on WordPress.com you need to upgrade to the Business or eCommerce plan. Those two plans will allow you to modify the theme’s 404 page template.
