Custom CSS applied to all Users

    I’m having trouble with custom css not working when a user is logged out. I see the changes when logged in but when I log out all the changes disappear. When I inspect element on the browser I see that it seems to run a completely different style sheet and the body class changes. Is there a way to change the home page to only run the custom css? I’m not too literate in web dev and know only basics.

    Hi there,

    What site is this in reference to or are you saying this is a general issue? The site that you listed does not have the custom design upgrade via a plan. Please provide the site URL and I’d be happy to take a look, but you should be able to see site modifications via CSS whether or not you are logged in.
