Custom CSS Cannot be removed

  Hello,
  I added some custom css in the Web UI to add borders to images.
  img {
  border:solid #003311 2px;
  }

  however, I want to remove it but when I remove it and click save the page just refreshes back to what it was before.

  never mind. just changed the theme and went back to original
