custom css file – behaving weird

    I don’t understand what is going on with the custom file.
    I set my file link: <link href='/css/custom-editor-style.css’ rel=’stylesheet’>

    I know its been working one I stetted the h1 to be yellow.
    however I have made the change right after to h4 (again for testing) and it remains yellow.
    I taught it was a cashing issue so I did te empty cash and hard refresh: no change
    then the flush cash trough WordPress; same; no change, h1 remains yellow.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to upload your own CSS file for a site hosted on WordPress.com, so I assume you’re not speaking of http://juliepascaultravdjee.wordpress.com/ but rather of a site using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider. We do not provide support for that version of WordPress in this forum.

    Please ask for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead.
