Custom CSS Help Required?

  I can’t change the pink background colour on non Home page and I don’t want those sub page titles to show up. Is there a consultant fee to fix these two options as well as the weird little Edit buttom at the bottom I can’t seem to find to remove. Or do I have t to subscribe monthly this is such a static site.

  You will need CSS to adjust those, and that will require a paid Premium or higher plan: https://wordpress.com/support/editing-css/

  Can I upgrade for a month ? Fix and then return to Free? I don’t see the value as I don’t need any other changes just spacing and colour change :(
