Custom CSS Stopped Working for Mobile-Sized Screens

  All of my custom CSS no longer works on mobile screens (I think anything under 769 px). To test this, you can go to an individual product page like: https://parts.pumpservicenetwork.com/product/fuse-block-200-amp-600-volt-type-j-individual-phase/ then scale the page down to see a placeholder image pop up and the tags will turn from red to blue. I added custom CSS that got rid of placeholder product images and turned the tags red. I added much more CSS and definitely need to get this working.
