  Why make custom design such a hassle? I would like to use my fonts the old way, but can’t figure out how…

  I don’t want typekit!

  Hi there,

  You can disable Typekit (and enable the Font section in the Customizer) from this page:

  https://joyartcopywriting.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-fonts

  You can leave the box under “Typekit Kit ID” blank and click the “Save your Typekit Kit ID” button to disable Typekit. Please note that once you disable Typekit you won’t be able to re-enable it later.

  Then, you can change your fonts by going to your My Sites page and clicking the “Customize” link there. That will open the Customizer, and you can open the Fonts section to choose your fonts.
