  Custom Design only works on one of my blogs. I was under the impression that it would be usable for both however I am beginning to suspect that is not the case but cannot find any documentation to confirm that fear?

  Every upgrade is only active on one site at a time. If you’d like to move the Custom Design upgrade to another site, you can do so following these directions:
