  Does custom design work across different blogs?

  WordPress.com upgrades only apply to a single site at a time. While you can transfer an upgrade from one site to another should you need to in the future, one purchase of Custom Design cannot offer the Custom Design functionality to more than one blog at a time.

  Does that make sense?
