Custom design renewal cancellation.

    Hi I have been informed via email that custom design renewal for http://johnmorrispt.wordpress.com/ is due for renewal soon. I don’t want this to happen but cannot cancel it myself as it doesn’t show under manage purchases in my account. Can you cancel it for me please.

    Hi there,

    The upgrade is not showing under Purchases as your account does not own it. That upgrade belongs to another user on your site, johnmorrispersonaltrainer.

    Only someone logged into that account can cancel the upgrade, and we can also only cancel it at that user’s request.
