  If I purchase the $30.00 custom design upgrade, can I drag pages from my computer to the page box on world press and have the content stay exactly how I sent it. Which have different font sizes and colors.

  No, you can’t. It only allows you to make changes to the existing CSS of your theme by hand-coding the changes in CSS code.
