Custom design upgrade

  Hi There

  I just purchased the Custom Design upgrade. It is registering in my list of purchased upgrades (My Upgrades) and I received the confirmation email confirming payment.

  However when I try to use the upgrade (change the font, background, colour palette etc) it says I still need to purchase the upgrade and it won’t let me customise anything…

  I see this has happened to other people – can you please help?

  Were you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog in question when your purchased the custom deign upgrade for it?

  I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I’ve fixed this up for you and you should be able to access the Custom Design features now.
