Hi there,
I took a look at the DNS settings for your domain wsotaxidermy.com, and everything looks ok. I can see your site when I visit your domain here: http://wsotaxidermy.com/
It can take a couple days DNS changes to take effect everywhere, and in the meantime you may see errors when you try to visit your site. However, if you’re still having trouble with it, you can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service such as Snaggy and post the link in a reply here. I’d be happy to take a look for you!
Please let me know if you have any questions about that!

Hi there,
The link you posted is actually a file stored on your computer, so I’m not able to see it. There are two ways you could share it here:
1. You can upload the file to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, and I can look at it there.
2. You can use an online service such as Snaggy and then paste the link here.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. Thanks!

I am having trouble uploading the image when I go to wsotaxidermy.com – it says there is a redirect loop. The http bar will not allow me to go to: https://wildsideoutdoorstaxidermy.wordpress.com either.

I’m sorry for the difficulty with this. You can try uploading the screenshot by going directly to your Media Library at this link: https://wildsideoutdoorstaxidermy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/media-new.php
If that doesn’t work for you, please try using Snaggy to share your screenshot.
Alternately, you can copy and paste any error messages you are getting in a reply to this thread. Thanks!

Okay, so I typed wsotaximdermy.com and received this screenshot:

Thanks for sending that screenshot! When you make DNS changes (like mapping a domain to a new site), it can take a couple days for those DNS changes to take effect everywhere. In the meantime you may see errors when you try to visit your site, such as this redirect loop.
Your domain is set up correctly, so it should sort itself out in another day or so. It you’d like, you can try flushing your computer’s DNS cache to force it to update sooner.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that!

I am using these for my DNS:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
Updated 8/21/2013Should I update to my own hosting?

Please don’t change the DNS if you would like to use your domain here at WordPress.com.
Have you tried flushing your computer’s DNS cache to see if that resolves the issue for you? If that doesn’t work, you may need to contact your ISP and ask them to flush their DNS cache.

I would like wildsideoutdoorstaxidermy.wordpress to map as wsotaxidermy.com — Using the WordPress as my domain but the .com as my website url.

Hi there,
Your domain wsotaxidermy.com is mapped correctly to your WordPress.com site wildsideoutdoorstaxidermy.wordpress.com. I am able to access your site at your custom domain here: http://wsotaxidermy.com/
If you are still having trouble visiting your site, there may be a problem on your computer.
Have you tried flushing your computer’s DNS cache to see if that resolves the issue for you? If that doesn’t work, you may need to contact your ISP and ask them to flush their DNS cache.
