Custom DNS

    I am trying to add MX Record and CNAME entries for our domain and I believe it completed successfully by I’m not sure. Other than waiting 24 hours is there a way to validate my edits took effect.

    CNAME autodiscsover ar-east.exch040.serverdata.net.
    MX 10 east.smtp.exch040.serverdata.net.
    MX 20 west.smtp.exch040.serverdata.net.

    Hi there, I noticed a small typo in your CNAME record (autodiscsover instead of autodiscover). I just changed that for you, so your email should start working soon.

    If it still doesn’t work, please ask your email hosting service for the DNS records you need to set up your email service. You can reply here with the information they give you, and I’ll help you enter it on this end. :)
