Custom Domain Disconnection

    Hi, I had a supscription where I connected a 3rd party custom Domain (olliekemp.com) to the wordpress site I had. The subscription was not renewed as I no longer wish to have this on WordPress. I wanted to Add the same custom domain to a site hosted by a different provider, but my 3rd party domain provider informed me , olliekemp.com is still connected to wordpress. Can you help me to disconnect this custom domain from wordpress so I can use it elsewhere? THanks

    Hi,

    That domain is not registered here with WordPress.com. You will need to log into your account at your domain registrar and change the nameservers (which are currently still pointing to WordPress.com) and point them to your new host.
