Custom domain renewal

  Hello, I’m trying to renew my custom domain addon which expired last month due to a credit card change. When I try to map it, it only gives me the option to start a $99 plan, not the $13 custom domain addon that I had before. How can I renew this?

  Hi there,

  I was able to map oonahays.com for you. You’ll still need to do a few things:

  1) Purchase the subscription here by renewing:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  2) If you haven’t done so already, point the domain to our name servers:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  3) After giving that a few hours to take effect, set the domain as primary under https://wordpress.com/my-domains
